Glad you're here!
Together with other parents and our skilled clinicians, you’ll learn how to incorporate the principles and techniques of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
DBT is a compassionate, evidence-based form of treatment that focuses on behavior change as well as validation and acceptance. You’ll be able to better manage intense emotions, develop greater self-awareness, enhance attention and improve relationships.
COMING SOON - Parent Circle 2.0
Now in development, Parent Circle 2.0 continues the parenting journey. We will be offering this continuation of our DBT-based program to the hundreds of alums who have participated in our program over the past several years. The focus of this curriculum goes deeper by helping parents understand their own parenting styles, how their family history shapes this, and teaches targeted skills to help them change their children’s behaviors. Stay tuned!
IS THE PARENT CIRCLE RIGHT FOR YOU?
(The answer is YES.)
