Making Community Connections
Our House: Making Community Connections is a new project aimed at bringing people together who have shared interests and similar challenges. Monthly gatherings will provide an opportunity for socialization and support in a warm and relaxed environment. In a world where we often feel isolated, our community is our greatest resource and we are stronger together.
Our current groups include a group for single mothers of teenagers and a new group (starting March 2020!) for caregivers 65+ who care for spouses/partners. If you would like to suggest a social or support group, please contact us.
Late February: next meetup for single mothers of teenagers
Wednesday March 18, 10:30-11:30am: Coffee, tea, snacks, and conversation on topics of interest to those supporting spouses/partners living with chronic or serious illness. For more information or to sign up, email us at or call 914-698-7549.
