The purpose of this registry is to compile and maintain a list of residents and who have any special needs or disabilities due to physical/medical challenges or mental/neurological disabilities.  The registry will have information pertaining to special circumstances to be considered when first responders, such as Police, Fire or Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel respond to assist the resident in the event of an emergency.
