History
Did you know that the LMCCC has been a health services building since 1919? Hover over each tile to learn more about our history.
The Center was founded in 1974 by the Mamaroneck school district, elected officials in the local municipalities of Larchmont and Mamaronek and visionary community members who believed that access to mental health services for adolescents and families should be part of the landscape of community life.
Our building at 234 Stanley Avenue has been dedicated to providing health services to children and families since 1919.
We place access to our services before financial considerations and therefore provide services to residents of Larchmont and Mamaroneck regardless of ability to pay. And we expect everyone who makes use of our services to support the work at the center financially to the best of their ability.
